    <content type="text/plain">We have cycle counts in Zenventory but no other system to count end of quarter or end of year inventory. The end of year inventory feature should not care about lots, or expiration dates or even locations. Just the ability to count the inventory by entering a sku and and the quantity so a full count can be done without a ton of cycle count prep.  More thought may need to go into this but it seems like a feature that would benefit a lot of users who need to conduct a one time count periodically.</content>

Normally they leave the radio buttons  for drafts alone since most purchase orders are current but some are drafts. Often they will pull up a purchase order not knowing its a draft and then not be able to create it or receive it.  Having the phrase 'draft' on a purchase order when its a draft would be very helpful and prevent a lot of back and forth switching radio buttons etc.  Could also just be added into the available XML fields.&#13;

    <content type="text/plain">Invoices are not emailed to customers. The only way to get the invoices is to log into Zenventory as account owners and download 1 by 1.&#13;

There should be automatic emails with invoices being sent to our accounts payable contacts. This is standard in SAAS. If this can't be achieved, there needs to be a new permission established for Billing Representative that can only access this section of Zenventory. I don't want our bookkeeper to have Account Owner permissions, and I shouldn't have to login to download the invoice for them on a monthly basis.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Shipstation has an integration that allows you to fulfill orders using your Amazon FBA inventory. For any order in shipstation you can send fulfillment requests to Amazon FBA. Once the order ships, Amazon notifies Shipstation and Shipstation notifies the original selling channel automatically. &#13;
&#13;
However, Shipstation does not notify Zenventroy that the order has been dropshipped. As a result, the orders stay in the "Orders Ready to Ship" section unless they are manually marked as dropshipped in Zenventory. It would be helpful if the orders could be automatically marked as dropshipped once the orders are marked as fulfilled in Shipstation. &#13;

    <content type="text/plain">In the "ready to ship" page, it would be helpful if we could tell which packing slips have already been printed vs those that haven't.&#13;
&#13;
For example, If one of our clients has 1300 orders on a Monday, we don’t want to print all 1300 at one time as things because unorganized. Instead, we prefer to print in batches of 200, and as the pickers make their way through the orders we print the next 200 etc etc.&#13;

Unfortunately sometimes this means that the pickers receive the same packing slip twice since the first ones may be picked but not “shipped”, meaning they remain in the ready to ship area on zenventory. Shipstation has a feature that warns us that we are printing a packing slip twice, which helps to avoid wasted time in the warehouse. Is there a way to set this up on Zenventory? This would be a highly beneficial feature for our high volume clients.</content>

The vendor will still send over the products that are available but for items that are discontinued or not available they take them off the order.  We have now received a portion of a PO but the rest is still on the way.  We are told by the vendor that in order to still get free shipping we need to order something else and send over the revised PO.  This is not currently possibly unless we use a PDF editor.  Turns out this happens a bit more than usual right now with all the supply chain issues. &#13;
Can we enable POs to be edited even after receiving has started?</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Need ability to pull previously completed cycle counts either through a report or API call using date parameters. We have used the cycle count process for year end inventory and it worked pretty well but we had to create a cycle count for each of our 500 locations and it took a lot of time, API scripting would make it a lot easier and prevent missing locations. For past cycle counts:  pulling more than just the last 10 cycle counts is necessary.  We know we can record the cycle count number and go directly to that in the url but it is again very slow and not automatable. If there is  another year end inventory method that is planned in the future that could also fix the issue.</content>

Automatically having the assembled item and kits add cost up to the total of their items would be very beneficial.  If a parts price is adjusted manually or when received with whatever accounting method is used, the assembled items or kitted items prices adjust automatically. I have been using Zen for almost two years and these options are sorely needed.</content>

Currently to get this you have to go to Reports-&gt;Inbound Reports-&gt;Purchase Orders Export By Date and then siphon through all of the PO's to find a single PO in excel format.
